Why should we talk to Focus2020?

Where does the name Focus2020 come from?

Focus relates to focusing in on the customer and customer profitability.
2020 comes from perfect vision, but at the same time reflects a date in the future. Thus the two combined signifies what we are able to deliver to our clients - a service that focuses (perfectly) on customer and customer profitability – for both now and in the future.

How much do you charge?

Our rates are based upon application. What you should be aware of is that our business philosophy and low overheads allow us to keep our costs to a minimum – and these savings are passed onto our clients.

How long will it take to implement an effective CRM strategy?

The time taken will depend upon where you are starting and the objectives you wish to achieve. Focus2020 believes in providing short-term benefits to our clients and thus have structured our services accordingly. For example, we can conduct a basic Customer Relationship Audit in as little as 5 days if required.
